Clearly the most unique song on an album with some truly great ones. The use of the auto-tune is just perfect. The little computer thingie first heard on the fabulous “Believe” by Cher in ’98 has been used on so many records and often used with silliness its become joke to serious artists and singer/songwriters, thus near non-existent in Country music. Been on a few, yes, but ‘bout the only time we’ve noticed it is when the chatter-class gets snarky about even a rumor that the thing was used on some singer’s record. As Tim demonstrates here, it actually is a new musical instrument and when used correctly it tickles the fancy.
