This’ud be a lot better as a 2 and a half minute record than it is sixty seconds longer than that. The hook is tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight… Now that’s not much, but it could work. After you’ve heard it the first time, it’s super-easy to join in and sing along with it the next time he rolls it off and “participatory listening” is the primary element in the making of a hit. Still, for me, it gets a little too repetitive before it’s finished, which is why I think it’d be a lot more attractive if there were less of it. Could be a contender though. There’s some character here.
