I talked this one last time when it was only available as the video on the label’s website. I’ve gone back to listen to it there several times since then and am so glad it arrived in today’s mail. A happy song of love re-found. A couple who dated back in their school days run into each other and the sparks click again. This time both of them have been through their own personal trials, tribulations and failed relationships. And they realize their “bruises” didn’t kill them, gave them plenty to talk about, made them wiser and as they’re about to start the relationship anew are better prepared to build something that works this time. A comforting message for listeners who’ve been down this road themselves.
